With auto enabled, every • news item is shortened separately, converted to 1.6× speech, assigned a different prompt from scene.txt, and rendered as its own clip. H3 requests the smallest valid 39-frame-or-longer duration covering the audio; FFmpeg trims each clip to the spoken duration and optionally burns a safely wrapped subtitle at the bottom before joining all clips.

Intros are selected from intro/; endings from ending/. Each MP4 is used once in random order before the cycle restarts. Ending audio is removed unless “Keep ending audio” is checked.
